I’m excited about our summer sermon series looking at select Psalms. Each Sunday this summer we’ll look at a different Psalm, which means each Sunday we’ll be talking about a different topic. Psalms shows us how to communicate with God.  Having the Word of God in our hearts and minds creates in us a love for God and people.  We see this in Psalms 1:

[1] Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; [2] but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. [3] He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. (Psalm 1:1-3 ESV)

How do we talk to God when we’re going through suffering? How do we communicate with Him when He is silent? How do we get God’s Word in our lives, so it changes us? All of these questions and more we’ll look at each Sunday this summer. Join us and invite your friends Sundays, 11am, at Hyatt Place Hotel.

By His Grace,
